Instructions
1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Baking Dish:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
2. Cook the Beef:

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
